• Position Summary
    • The Operations Assistant for SJ/C Community Centers is responsible for over-seeing the daily activities of the African American Center. The assistant will maintain an efficient filing system, data management and meeting minutes. The assistant shall provide administrative and secretarial support to the Community Centers’ leadership (Director and Manager). The Operations Assistant duties require a high degree of administrative support skills, organization, confidentiality and working knowledge of System/department policies and procedures.

  • Core Job Functions
    • Responsible for monthly highlights and statistics for the African American Center.
    • Collects, codes and submits bills to manager.
    • Responsible for participant enrollment in programs.
    • Oversight of supplies and computer equipment.
    • Administrative tasks for manager and director as requested.
