Will be responsible, as part of Level 2 and Level 3 Operation team, for change, incident and performance management of Big Data used in a critical-to-Orange business environment in accordance with established measurements and documented Service Level Agreements.

about you

Educational background & Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or software engineering
  • 5 years’ experience in the Information Systems industry
  • 2-4 years of strong experience in Big Data domain in managing Production support.
  • Ability to possess logical and systematic approach to problem resolution across a broad spectrum of technologies in applications support environment.
  • Good inter-personal skills, able to deal with all levels within an organization and relieve potential conflicts. 
  • Able to work accurately and clearly explain technical matters to non-technical users in both written and verbal forms. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks. 
  • Strong ability to work with International Customers.
