Job Summary:
The Division of Pulmonary Sciences and Critical Care Medicine has multiple openings for full-time Faculty positions.
The University of Colorado Denver, Anschutz Medical Campus, Pulmonary Sciences and Critical Care Medicine Division is seeking applications for energetic, collegial individuals for multiple full-times Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner OR Physician’s Assistant) positions to provide daytime and nighttime coverage within the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) of the University of Colorado Hospital. The division oversees a regionally and internationally recognized referral center for the care of patients with all forms of pulmonary disease and critical illness. The responsibilities would include the assessment and ongoing management of patients with underlying pulmonary disease and critical illness. The provider would work closely with the physicians (including residents, fellows, and other trainees) within the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).

We have been fortunate to recruit tremendous new faculty members while retaining many of our former trainees.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
Instructor: $112,000 – 150,000; there is an additional shift differential for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Senior Instructor: $112,000 – 150,000; there is an additional shift differential for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Assistant Professor: $112,000 – 150,000; there is an additional shift differential for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
Associate Professor: $112,000 – 150,000; there is an additional shift differential for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
