Job Description:
Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Are you looking for your next big opportunity? CoWorx Staffing is hiring experienced Assembly Operators with our client in Dover, NH!
Our client is a manufacturer and distributer of custom magnetics. Products include conductors, inductors, transformers, temperature scanners, and many other things that include magnets. Very intricate work is done here due to the variety of different magnetic parts/wires/magnifiers/etc.
Responsibilities:
Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies
Assembles components as instructed
Assembles and attaches hardware
Connect components lead wires; connectors, terminals and contact points (once trained)
Crimps, solders, cements, press fits, or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place (once trained)
Perform final inspection once equipment is set up and verified by level 3 or 4
J Standard or IPC Standard trained is a plus and candidates with these certifications will be paid accordingly.
Desired Background/Skills:
Able to work with a variety of chemicals (i.e. Ensolve, IPA, Acetone, Lacquer Thinner, Mold Release, etc)
Meeting company standards (i.e OTD, Takt time and hourly goals)
Regularly required to sit and use hands and fingers
Soldering, electrical, or wire assembly experience desire
Other Information:
1st shift schedule
Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm or 6:00am to 2:30pm
Assembly Operator Pay Rate: $17-18 (depending on experience)
