Job Description
We are seeking a creative and experienced Architecture & Creative Special Projects Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve designing and overseeing creative concepts for architecture-driven special projects across global markets, including windows, pop-ups, special store concepts, and in-store animations for seasonal collections, product launches, and special capsules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture and design, with a keen understanding of visual merchandising, creative direction and global coordination.
How you will contribute
- Architecture creative special projects design.
- Designing creative concepts for architecture creative special projects worldwide, to featuring seasonal collections: Windows, Pop-ups, and Special Store Concepts. This also includes in-store animations for special capsules and product launches.
- Developing schemes by creating detailed creative briefs, researching and assembling mood boards with inspirational ideas and materials, as well as illustrating layouts.
- Overseeing the coordination of the product design team to develop 3D models that effectively translate visual concepts into tangible representations.
- Communication and Planning.
- Working alongside other departments such as Marketing, Global Merchandising, and Global Events to adapt every project to the Brand’s image and commercial needs.
- Daily communication with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that the product display meets the project brief under the creative direction of each concept.
- Weekly meetings with regional Visual Merchandising teams to closely follow the implementation and development of each project.
- Global roll out and retro planning of the architecture special projects. Always highlighting key dates on the development and production process whilst being aligned with all the stakeholders: regional teams, suppliers, etc.
- Research and Development.
- Working alongside the Head of Research & Development to develop the best technical solutions to materialize our projects.
- Providing insights about finishings and details to support every step in producing the mock ups.
Who you are
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in architecture, creative design, or visual merchandising within the luxury or high-end retail industry.
- Strong background in architecture or creative special projects design, with a demonstrated ability to translate concepts into physical spaces.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D modeling tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and regional teams.
- Proven project management skills, with experience overseeing global roll-outs and timelines.
- Strong creative and design skills, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand identity and visual merchandising.
- A passion for art, culture, and craftsmanship, with a keen sensitivity towards materials, finishes, and the finer details of design.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
