About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager to join our Risk Consulting team, specializing in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team and project management, project audits, business process improvements, risk management, and the implementation of digital technologies to enhance project management and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Project Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance to planned processes and leading industry practices.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and implement SOPs to streamline project execution.
• Digital Technologies: Leverage digital tools for risk assessment, project tracking, and decision-making.
• Project Management Office (PMO): Support the PMO by ensuring project governance, reporting, and execution frameworks are in place.
• Project Monitoring: Monitor project performance through established frameworks and suggest interventions.
• Business Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and clients.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational issues and provide strategic solutions to improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• Project Lifecycle Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of project phases from conceptualization to operationalization.
• Sector: Real Estate, Road, Water, Solar
• Project Functions: Planning, Budgeting, Procurement and Contracting, Execution, Billing
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Primavera or Microsoft Project (MSP) for developing baselines and enabling key project decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing and engaging with various stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital technologies in real estate and infrastructure projects.
• Team Handling & Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and in a high-performance, dynamic environment

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel and undertake extended stays at client locations.
