We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Integration Principal to join our talented team. In this role, you will translate client business requirements into complex system designs, lead the development of integration and migration plans, and oversee the production of integrated systems. You will act as the ultimate authority on architectural solutions, support C4ISR programs, and provide comprehensive analytical and program management support to senior executives, while ensuring accuracy in data mapping and documentation and leading various projects.
Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.
This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architecture.
- Analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and develop architecture baselines.
- Assist with and lead development of integration, migration plans/schedules.
- Act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.
- Oversee production of integrated systems.
- Support C4ISR programs/clients/systems.
- Support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions, systems, and fiscal requirements.
- Ensure accuracy in data mapping, configuration, and documentation.
- Provide daily analytical and program management support to senior level executives.
- Assist in event preparation and correspondence support for key industry events, supporting change/transformation efforts (i.e., Gap analysis, stakeholder interviews, situational reports, etc) for large programs.
- Coordinate responses to technical specification and guidance documents related to credentialing and identity management. Provide statistical (descriptive) analysis as required and ad hoc reporting to senior management as required.
- Lead small and medium sized projects as required.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's level degree and ten (10) years professional experience in operations support.
- Strong understanding of various technologies, including enterprise applications, middleware, data integration tools, cloud platforms, and APIs.
- Ability to design robust and scalable system architectures that facilitate seamless integration.
- Knowledge of different integration approaches like application integration, data integration, and enterprise service bus (ESB).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines, including resource allocation, risk management, and change control.
- Effective communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of integration issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide timely resolutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, new technologies, and evolving business needs.
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship required.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
- Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
