Position Summary
The University of New Mexico’s (UNM) Facilities, Design & Construction (FDC) department seeks a Senior Project/Construction Manager to join our vibrant, committed team of professionals who support the built environment at UNM’s campuses across the state. UNM FDC provides seamless delivery of professional support services to internal clients using best practices in capital project planning, development, and construction.

Currently, FDC is working a hybrid schedule, three days in-office, two days remote; this may fluctuate in the future.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; at least 9 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Pay Monthly: $4,688.67 - $6,709.73 Benefits Eligible This is a benefits eligible position.
