POSITION DETAILS
Hunter’s Academic Center for Excellence in Research and Teaching (ACERT) seeks an Academic Center Manager to collaborate with our Faculty Director while overseeing the center’s day to day operations. The ACERT mission is to promote excellence in teaching and research across the college by fostering a community in which faculty use innovative pedagogy, technology, and assessment to enhance their activities as teachers and scholars, and thus to facilitate engaged learning. From its inception, ACERT has been a hub for discussing pedagogical issues and supporting scholarship in all of its forms across Hunter’s three campuses and its many and varied departments, schools, and centers; thus, the Managing Director must excel at reaching out into the faculty to maintain and extend a dense network of intellectual exchange and dissemination of best practices.
Reporting to the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs, in additional to CUNY title overview, the Academic Center Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and six years’ related experience required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary commensurate with education and experience, within approved range:$82,928 - $90,375.
