Compensation:
The expected starting salary range for this position is between $58,600 and $61,900. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
Position Overview:
Working in close coordination with the Access Team in the Admissions office, the Admissions Officer supports the division’s engagement with critical student and counselor populations to ensure that Carleton continues to improve its recruitment and retention of students from backgrounds historically underrepresented in higher education.
Reporting to the Associate Dean and Director of Diversity, Outreach and Access, the Admissions Officer will be centrally involved with the division’s outreach, recruitment and enrollment of bright, highly engaged, and diverse students with an eye towards enhancing the College’s profile with important programs and community-based organizations.
