Essential Functions & Primary Duties
The Accounting and Law Firm Alliance Partner Channel Senior Manager will lead the development and implementation of a wholistic go to market strategy, and the overall management and execution of such strategies for our National Advisory Services practice. Priority referral channels include Big 4 Audit/Tax and Advisory Teams, top 50 Law Firms, and other proven referral sources that have the potential to scale, nationally. This position requires candidates to have delivered advisory or accounting services to clients and an understanding of how to develop and optimize professional services relationships with these types of channel partners.
The success of the Alliance Partner Channel Senior Manager is dependent upon their ability to generate trust with the Managing Directors and Directors within Advisory, so as to introduce their relationships to the Channel Senior Manager. Furthermore, it requires very strong project management and communication skills (verbal and written). There will also be an element of developing, driving and communicating relevant metrics. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, service line, and go to market challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally.

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $120,000-$140,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
