Sodexo is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee retail food service operations at NYP Westchester in Bronxville, NY.
This position is responsible for managing high-volume retail food service, ensuring efficient cash handling, and leading a team of approximately 15 union employees. Reporting to the Client Executive, the Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and financial accountability. This role follows a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule (hours may vary based on business needs).

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in retail operations
