  • Infrastructure Modernization: Support the decommissioning of legacy Citrix and VDI infrastructures, transitioning users to new solutions such as Azure Virtual Desktop and direct PC workflows.
  • Collaboration & Incident Response: Implement and manage tools like PagerDuty and Nexthink to facilitate rapid on-call response and proactive issue resolution, ensuring minimal service disruptions.
  • Cloud and Data Center Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams managing AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments, as well as our colocation facilities (TDC, EDC) that host Nutanix, Citrix, NetApp, and Palo Alto solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work closely with IT leadership and SaaS partners to continuously evolve operational processes, ensuring that our observability and automation practices support business growth and technological innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years in IT operations, systems engineering, or a related field with demonstrated expertise in observability and automation.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proven hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, SolarWinds) and automation platforms (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow).
  • Solid background in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with modern IT service management practices, including ITOM, CMDB, and on-call resource management.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams, driving change, and working in high-growth, dynamic environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with senior management and various technical teams.
