We are seeking a Smokehouse Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift) to oversee and ensure the proper cooking and chilling of our high-quality Hatfield products. This role involves monitoring smokehouses, troubleshooting deviations, and ensuring FSQA releases. You’ll be responsible for maintaining compliance with company specifications and leading a team in a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is independent, accountable, and capable of managing a team without excessive micromanagement.
