Administrative Program Coordinator
Human Genetics Program, Tulane Medical Center
Location: New Orleans, LA
Summary
The Administrative Program Coordinator provides academic and administrative support for the Hayward Genetics Center. This position assists the Director and Assistant Director of Graduate Studies with graduate student recruitment, enrollment, and admissions activities, classroom logistics, and all program related activities for the Master’s Program in Medical Genetics and Genomics. The Administrative Program Coordinator acts as liaison for Grand Rounds and maintains faculty, course, and student information. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, patient correspondence, tracking and reporting patient visits, coordinating tech support, assisting with compliance and licensure, and maintaining the Hayward Genetics Website and social media presence.

This position is classified as "non-exempt, hourly" and is assigned to pay grade 23.
