The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement solutions that will improve Chatbot user experience
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of user experience & behavior
  • Perform UATs and live testing to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand policy or process dependencies and to manage potential risks
  • Provide progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or business
  • At least 3 years total work experience with 1 to 2 years project management, strategy, or e-commerce experience
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
  • Strong mathematical reasoning and analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly conversational
  • Previous experience in artificial intelligence, conversational design, or programming is a plus
