Supply Planning Global Process Expert

This is a truly exciting opportunity and as the Supply Planning Global Process Expert, you will report to the Supply & Production Planning Global Process Director (“GPD”) and be part of the Supply Planning GPO organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Drive standardization and transformation.
  • Ensure an efficient, simple, and optimized Supply Planning end-to-end process.
  • Support planning teams to meet their performance targets.
  • Process design (including process mapping), process monitoring and process improvement.
  • Change management, including stakeholder engagement and training for users with support of relevant SME.
  • Building best-in-class, standarised and simple processes which helps GSK create competitive-advantage performance.
  • Being recognized within and across the organisation as the go-to expert and owner of the process.
  • Fuel collaboration and innovation within Supply Planning and cross-functionally with other functions.
  • Build stronger relationships and encourage the definition of common practices within Supply Planning.
  • Building cross-functional knowledge and expertise to make educated decisions regarding process improvements and how they affect the business.
  • Help to optimise extraction of solution value for the process e.g. by monitoring operational efficiency and effectiveness KPIs, process adherence etc.
  • Reporting to the Supply & Production Planning Global Process Director within the GPO organization and operating globally.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Possess solid experience of processes and ERP functionality (e.g. S4 Hana, SAC, OMP, AI and other relevant digital solutions), principally within Supply Planning and integration points with other end-to-end Supply Chain Management processes.
  • Knowledge of Supply Planning and its interdependencies.
  • Subject matter expertise with good knowledge of process design, lean sigma and other process improvement approaches.
  • Proven experience in process design, simplification, standardisation, improvement and roll- out across a global organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across a global organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GSK Vaccines Supply Chain experience.
  • Business transformation experience preferred.
  • Good change leadership experience.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Be able to advocate and influence at peer levels.
  • Be able to network effectively within GSK.
