Aseptic Platform Leader (M/F/D)

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Sidel is looking for its Aseptic Blower Product Leader. As such, he/she will contribute with respective Product Manager and Platform Owner to the profitable growth of the Sidel Aseptic platforms: portfolio management, product line competitiveness and profitability, Product promotion & precontracting activities, Solutions reliability, technical knowledge deployment.

YOUR MISSION

He/she will support the Platform Owner on his main activities, performance, cost, manufacturing initiatives, development and customer projects and as such will:

• Contribute to product map and portfolio completion, including sizes, variants, options list, costing and pricing
• Define platforms technical features, securing tools and data: configuration map and rules, consumptions
• Secure implementation of main technical guidelines or regulations (safety, hygiene, automation, etc.) 
• Accountable for PDAL (Product Development After Launch) activities, associated budget and participate to Product Evolution Committee (CEP) and Top Technical Issues (TTI) meetings
• Contribute to continuous competition watch and benchmark
• Collect customers feedback and operational insights from Sidel Installed Base, nurture Services pipeline
• Support precontracting activities: customers meetings with sales force, technical proposals, evaluate risk, cost and delivery impacts
• Ensure analysis and resolution of technical improvement requests (TTI, customers, field and manufacturing feedback)
• Support aseptic projects seamless execution & services (customers meetings, performances issues) 
• Ensure technical documentation availability, quality and continuous update 
• Contribute to competence deployment on Sensitive Products and Aseptic technologies within Sidel and Customers 
• Team member and technical referent for Product Development (PD) programs on the Aseptic Blower 

YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking candidates with a Master’s degree or equivalent qualifications. Proficiency in both English and French, both written and spoken, is essential, with fluency in additional languages being a valuable asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (in Blowing or Food & Beverage equipment is a plus), along with solid experience in project management and troubleshooting, including crisis management.

A strong foundation in engineering, encompassing mechanical, process, and automation skills, is required. The ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial. You should also have experience interfacing with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
