Customer Service Representative:

We are looking for an upbeat team-player to perform customer service-related duties on a professional and courteous level. The ideal candidate would have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously, a self-starter, great attention to detail, ability to maintain a team player disposition and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm

Essential Duties:

• Work with sales representatives, clients, and other departments to provide excellent customer service
• Enter purchase orders, assist with inquiries and complaints, communicate price quotations, and provide follow-up communications
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Maintain a solid understanding of products, key features, and benefits, and effectively apply knowledge
• Set up customer accounts
• Act as backup phone contact for incoming calls using multi-line phone system
• Assist accounts receivable with invoicing customers and collecting funds

Skills/Education/Experience

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Must demonstrate ability to utilize PC and related software
• Must have basic math skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, flexible, excited to take on new and different projects
