Schedule: M-Friday 8am-5pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team! In this role, you will operate machines that shape large steel coils. No experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines to shape large steel coils.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain quality control and ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment as required.
• Follow safety protocols and work collaboratively with team members.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.

Must-Haves:

• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
• Open to feedback and a willingness to improve your skills.
• Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
• Sense of humor and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to make change and do basic math for tasks like measuring and counting.
• A background in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• $18/hr for entry-level candidates with no machine operation experience.
• $19-$22/hr for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in machine operation. Pay will be determined based on experience, so please be prepared to discuss why you’re worth the rate you’re expecting.
