Roles & Responsibility
According to product drawings and project requirements, make and submit project-related plan information;
According to the NPI project progress plan, design the plating process flow, complete the production of plating samples, and submit to FAA;
Coordinate the design review, changes and improvements related to the project and correct the defects and deficiencies in the design;
Tackle the technical problems of equipment and fixtures in the production process and make suggestions for improvement;
Complete the relevant documents and operating specifications required for mass production to meet the guiding conditions required for formal production;
Lead the improvement of the existing process technology, and actively promote the lean management model to ensure the department can achieve KPI indicators;
Analyze and control production parameters and material consumption, and provide relevant technical support for various improvements.
Requirement
Bachelor degree or above, applied chemical engineering or chemical engineering related major
More than three years of working experience in plating process;
Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and analysis ability of difficult problems;
English CET-4 or above.
