About this Position
- Manage the business plan of distributors and retail outlets in the area according to the company's requirements and build long-term win-win relationships.
What you´ll do
- Manage distributors and accounts according to the company's requirements and maintain good customer relationships.
- Plan and execute business plans for distributors and accounts (including but not limited to P&L management, investment and promotion strategies, etc.).
- Manage distributors and accounts contracts, terms of trade, and develop JBP plans.
- Implement the channel and category plans developed by the MSP department for the channels.
What makes you a good fit
- College degree or above.
- 5 years related working experience in FMCG industry.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
