Maesa is looking for a Customer Development Associate Manager to support our growing portfolio at Target, including brands like Kristin Ess, Being Frenshe, Fine’ry., MIX:BAR, and more. This role plays a key part in driving business growth through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Customer Development, Target, you will analyze sales trends, manage key retail processes, and support strategic initiatives to optimize performance at Target. This role is Minneapolis-based with an in-person presence expected.

What We Offer
$85K/yr - $95K/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
