• 1. In time analysis for failure parts from all test gates
• 及时分析所有测试站所送出的不良品
• 2. Operate and Maintain failure analysis equipments
• 操作以及维护失效分析设备及仪器
• 3. NCR reports to Quality Technician
• 发送待确认品分析报告给质量技术员
• 4. EWS report for all test gates and in time escalation when necessary
• 及时填写早期预警系统报告，并在需要时及时升级反映
• 5. Follow up with Special firewall regarding material defect
• 遵从特别预警防火墙，对原材料不良及时做出反馈
• 6. Parts Failure history reports and other records
• 准确及时记录失效分析报告
• 7. Support test engineer for EWAK/D-Sample parts analysis
• 辅助测试工程师作出试运行或D样件的失效分析
• 8. Close cooperation with Quality technician and CCS technician, prevent for batch failure
• 紧密配合质量技术员及CCS测试技术员，防止批量不良事件
• 9. Other tasks arranged by Test Engineer
• 其他由测试工程师安排的工作
