Digital Inside Sales:

Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.

As an Inside Sales Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the sales team leads and sales representatives. DIS Sales team leads the renewal sales motion of maintenance support contracts and identifies up-sell opportunities from our established customer base & will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets through outbound outreach to leads, pitching the value proposition of our products to increase business adoption, and maintaining and growing those clients. Will also be responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth for the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales team that is responsible for driving client revenue targets.
  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and client to ensure proper operations of the organization
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Track and maintain attendance to ensure sales targets are met. Punctuality is a key requirement
  • Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives.
  • Lead team meetings/Huddles
  • Manage Escalations/ RCA
  • Ensure all SLA’s and KPIs are met
  • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Relevant software industry experience in any of the following: IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, security, and/or analytics.
  • Use CRM systems extensively (Preferably Salesforce, Dynamic 365).
  • Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with an ability to ramp up quickly
  • Preferred experience working in SaaS/ Virtual software model for US territory.
  • Proactively communicate to clients on progress and proactively identify areas where the process and strategies need improvement

  • Innovative and analytical to help provide vital insights to client/customers to engineering.
  • Adaptable and can execute quickly on changing program requirements with flawless execution.
  • Client/Management Engagement - Regular interactions to discuss account progress & performance.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years software selling experience, Managing Teams and proven experience delivering KPIs.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Successful track record working closely with sales leadership and guiding sales teams to effectively sell a solution with a different selling motion and value proposition.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English C1+
  • Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office and Salesforce
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business.
  • Sales team Management experience of minimum 5 years is a must
