As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance end-user applications. Your expertise in Java, ReactJS, Microservices, and problem-solving will be key to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop new software products and enhance existing solutions to address specific business needs
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to support day-to-day development tasks
- Perform comprehensive code reviews, ensuring alignment with quality standards and best practices
- Provide timely updates and insights to stakeholders across departments
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of expertise in Java 8, ReactJS, Spring Boot, and SQL
- Advanced understanding of design patterns, threading, unit testing, and debugging
- Familiarity with web/application servers like JBoss and Apache Tomcat
- Background in tools such as Maven, JUnit, Sonar, Dynatrace, GIT, Rally/Jira, and CI/CD frameworks (Jenkins/Bamboo)
- Competency in cloud-based hosting platforms, particularly Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
- Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
