This role leads supply chain & topology for EU Merch on Demand ("Merch"). Merch is among the fastest growing and most dynamic businesses within EU Retail. Worldwide we are among the world's largest print-on-demand service for content creators.
As the leader of EU Merch’s Supply Chain, you will have a very high impact role shaping the future of the business in EU in a very consequential and high impact way. We are looking for a passionate leader, excellent at working with and influencing cross-functional teams, who possesses a unique blend of being able to create long term strategic plans as well as the execution skills and temperament to materialize those plans in the day to day operations. Prior experience with capacity management, network modeling, transportation, financial trade-offs on investments and collaborating with global stakeholders on large-scale projects with are all valuable.
In this role, you will scale our fulfilment model to optimize for speed, ship cost and customer experience while leading multi-million dollar investment decisions. You will be the face of business collaborating with stakeholders across teams including site operations, transportation operations, finance, tech, product, accounting, all while making critical decisions that have a direct impact on our P&L. The right candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, builds strong relationships, and enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems and most of all is able to communicate effectively and persuasively across orgs and with senior leadership.
