Job Description
- Lead self and team to implement the HW design and HW release.
- Support for project milestone conduction (problem solving, time plan, etc.)
- Communication internally (with development team and related departments) and externally (with customer or supplier).
- Conduction for the hardware development of Inverter, EPS ECU .etc.
- Conduction for schematic design, assisting Layout engineers and mechanical engineers in PCB design.
- Conduction for debugging and testing of hardware circuits, as well as output of test documents.
- Conduction for the design and selection of key components and technical exchanges with suppliers .
- Conduction for power device selection, loss calculation, thermal design and double pulse test.
- Conduction for product-level debugging troubleshooting.
- Support to Perform product EMC test and analysis.
- Responsible for product production introduction, support analysis of production and market product issues
Qualifications
- Good and logical communication, basic project management knowledge
- Power electronics/Electrical engineering and other related majors, Bachelor degree or above .
- More than 3 years of experience in Power / Power supply products development, with experience in automotive inverter, EPS , etc. preferred.
- Familiar with analog circuit, digital circuit design , calculation and simulation .
- Familiar with the selection and design of electronic components.
- Familiar with common power converter topology principles and design solutions .
- Familiar with the selection of power devices such as IGBT, SiC MOSFET, power loss calculation, thermal design, and common problem analysis, etc.
- Familiar with inverter control principles and design methods.
- Familiar with safety design methods and layout design methods of high voltage products .
- Proficient in testing principles, familiar with basic testing tools such as oscilloscopes and power supplies ,etc.
- Familiar with basic EMC design rules and test standards .
- Basic understanding of automotive components and control system .
- Knowledge of functional safety design .
- Capable to use professional software (e.g. Altium Designer /Cadence Pspice / LT Spice /Zuken )
- Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit .
- Willing to grow in power electronics product development .
- English written and verbal .
