Context

We're proud to be industry leaders with our Cloud ERP portfolio and in order to fuel our current and future growth within our EMEA Consulting Practice, we are currently planning to hire one experienced ERP Finance Consultant for our team.

The Oracle ERP SaaS team is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle ERP Cloud Solutions for our clients. Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation thereby resulting is annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion with the client. The team culture is one of quality, respect, professionalism and results. 

Your Future Role: ERP FINANCE PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT 

We are looking for an experienced consultant with a desire to master our ERP Cloud Finance solutions, business processes and technology design within the Finance domain. The Consultant will be part of the EMEA ERP Center of Excellence team, part of EMEA Applications Consulting organization.

Additional responsibilities:

• Support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the ERP Cloud products and related business
• Working with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs
• Work closely with project team members, in particular, Project Managers, Solution Architects and other functional leads
• Actively contribute to project pre-sales activities (project estimation, RFP response...)
• Work closely with other departments (eg Client Success Managers, Support, Development and Sales)
• Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design
• Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP
• Execute the set-up of the system and assure solution consistency and customer satisfaction in relation to KPI's

What You’ll Bring

• Master Business degree/ University and or Bachelor degree in Financial / Accounting Management
• Proven > 5 years’ experience Consulting on Oracle ERP Systems (e.g. Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS) 
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
• Be an expert guide to our clients as it pertains to their Finance Operation and Administration, the implementation and operational use of the Oracle solutions
• Exceed Oracle and client expectations for engagement performance (e.g. professionalism, solution delivery, project documentation, presentation skills and time reporting)
• Ability to travel if required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business.
• Fluency in English. Additional European languages desirable
• Excellent organization and time management skills
