About the Program Manager - Reddit (International Team): 

MarketStar is seeking a Program Manager to lead the international business within the Reddit SMB team, focused on new business & account management motions. In this role, you will oversee a team of Sales Managers based in Ogden, UT, dedicated to servicing the Canada and Australia markets. You will ensure operational efficiency, drive sales performance, and support strategic growth. You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth, achieving revenue goals, and enabling the scalability of Reddit’s SMB and international initiatives. 

As part of one of the fastest-growing names in social media, you will play a key role in shaping the success of Reddit’s international business, driving results and ensuring the program is poised for long-term success. 

Location: Ogden, UT – Hybrid 

What You Will Do: 

• Lead Sales Motion Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to optimize specific sales motions within the international business, including new business sales and account management, ensuring alignment with Reddit’s broader business objectives. 
• Drive Performance & Team Development: Lead a team of Sales Managers, coaching them to meet and exceed sales targets, while providing continuous feedback, support, and professional development to enhance overall team effectiveness. 
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are streamlined and efficient, enabling the team to hit key performance metrics. This includes managing workflows, resource allocation, and balancing team capacity. 
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including Reddit’s leadership, to deliver effective sales solutions, maintain strong relationships, and support client retention and growth. 
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize Salesforce and other data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), assess team performance, and implement data-driven adjustments to optimize sales strategies. 
• Forecasting and Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to MarketStar and Reddit leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on team progress and revenue goals. 
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes, tools, and tactics. Implement best practices and innovations to increase efficiency, productivity, and results across the team

What Will You Need to Succeed? 

• 2+ years in a sales leadership position. 
• Bonus: Previous experience in an international setting or working with international partners. 
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, financials, and leadership principles. 
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present concepts and ideas effectively to diverse audiences. 
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
