Express is looking for a customer service representative for our client in Reading, PA. The company is looking to hire on the right people and offers career growth for their employees!

Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18-$22/hr depending on experience 

Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!

Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (8am-5pm)

Location: Reading, PA

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Schedule service, pick up, and delivery of different jobs
• Answering customer calls and making specialized recommendations for customers
• Ordering parts and managing stock counts to maintain supply
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:

• 4+ years in scheduling and customer service experience required
• Ability to learn company specific software required, Microsoft Word and Excel experience a plus
• Must have people skills and good phone manners
