Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Platform Python Developer 

In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies. 

Responsibilities 

• You will ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. 
• You will plan, design, and develop local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization. 
• You will participate in managing all network security solutions. 
• You will perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. 
• You will be expected to stay current with technological developments in the systems administration technology.

Minimum Qualifications 

• BE/B Tech/MCA 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Strong experience in Unix/Linux environment administration. 
• Proficient in managing web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS) and understanding of web technologies. 
• Deep understanding of network architectures including LAN/WAN, subnets, firewalls, and VPN. 
• Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Dynatrace). 
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery. 
• Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them. 
• Understanding of load balancing, clustering, and scalable architectures. 
• Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes and Docker. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex system configurations. 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced education preferred. 
• Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible). 
• Familiarity with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). 
• Scripting skills in Shell, Perl, Python, or similar languages. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
