Responsibilities
- Manage software development life cycle processes and lead teams
- Provide guidance on architecture, design, and technology direction
- Implement test-driven development and continuous integration practices
- Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, and product support teams
- Drive technology selection based on industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards
- Analyze requirements and recommend effective solutions
- Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary
- Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
- Mentor junior developers while fostering a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing development teams
- Expertise in C# programming language
- Knowledge of FX
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Knowledge of test-driven development principles and continuous integration practices
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Background in investment banking projects
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
