Job Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist is an integral role within the College of Arts and Sciences Business Operations office as well the Physics and Chemistry departments. This position will provide support to all three areas at Oklahoma State University (OSU). The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for:

Required Qualifications:
Two years of clerical and/or financial experience. The ability to work well with people and communicate effectively. Must be able to identify priorities and work with students, faculty, staff, and visitors with various needs. Can work well in an open office with other staff members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational/Technical degree in field of Business. Five years of experience. Experience with the following:
