JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Coordinate with various Process teams
  2. Coordinate with various Product teams
  3. Coordinate with RPC’s
  4. Conduct Trainings for RPC’s
  5. Conduct meetings and coordinate with different business units
  6. Ensure Processes which are released to RPC’s and confirmation is obtained for implementation
  7. Perform GL Reconciliation
  8. Coordinate with IAD audit and coordinate with RPC’s for closure of audit observations
  9. Should have knowledge of KYC documents and regulations
  10. Identification and Implementation of the Quality Checks to be done on the new processes released of Retail Liability Operations
  11. Performing quality control checks as per the defined parameter
  12. Performing regulatory activities, tracking and reporting the same within defined timelines 
  13. Identifying controls for system validations 
  14. Liaising with Departments like Compliance/Product/ Process/ Legal/ Marketing as and when required
  15. Implementing controls prior and post Audit findings
  16. Periodic vendor visit
  17. Conduct regular trainings

Skills Required 

  1. Good communication skills
  2. Interacting with various stake holders
  3. Should have good knowledge on Excel, Word, PPT
  4. Knowledge of building queries for extracting data from reporting systems

( DWH , SQL etc..)

  1. Eye for details 
  2. Knowledge of KYC guidelines
