As a FLEX Senior Director, Partner Campaign Reporting Strategy, you will play a pivotal role at Marriott by owning the strategy and execution of Marriott’s Partner Campaign Reporting program. You will manage people and processes related to advanced analytics tools and dashboards to deliver accurate measurement and insightful reporting to Marriott’s advertisers. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with business partners to design and implement analytical tools and reporting dashboards that support Marriott’s advertiser-facing campaign reporting. You are a strategic thinker who consistently elevates your work.
As the lead of partner-facing reporting, you will create reporting wireframes, translate business needs into actionable plans for Marriott engineers, and support ongoing analytical and reporting needs from key advertising partners. You will leverage effective communication skills to translate complex analyses into understandable insights and develop and manage a strong Partner Campaign Reporting function and team. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing landscape, and emerging measurement methodologies.

The pay range for this position is $70.67 to $109.09 per hour.
