Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, WI is seeking an IMAGING TECHNOLOGIST in a seasonal role to assist with Summer coverage!

The Imaging Technologist performs radiographic examinations of the highest possible quality in multiple modalities. Complies with measures to assure that patient/customer satisfaction results are consistently maintained. Appropriately supervises students according to competency level. May function as CT Scan Technologist, Mammographer Technologist and/or MRI Technologist performing duties stated in those job descriptions.

• May travel between Tomahawk, Rhinelander and Eagle River for additional hours, if requested

HOURS: Could be up to 40 hours a week based on coverage need, from June to September

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of Imaging Services standards and procedures as they relate to radiographic procedures normally acquired through graduation from an approved radiography school, an associate degree in Radiography, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification and/or State of Wisconsin Radiographer licensure requirements.
• Previous applicable experience beneficial.
• ARRT (R)
• State of Wisconsin Licensed Radiographer license (WI Locations only)
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
• Site specific competencies in protocols, equipment, computer systems and applications.
