SAIC is seeking a Lead for a group of Systems and Integration Engineers (SE&I) who provide systems engineering and technical advisory (SETA) services to our Government customer in a dynamic System Program Office (SPO) at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support to the Government customer and related tasks in an integrated office environment (Government Customer and SAIC).
  • Participate SE&I activities while providing programmatic and technical leadership.
  • Develop productive relationships with Contractor counterparts, functional counterparts, and other subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with our Government Customer, preparing, reviewing, and coordinating documents, briefings and data to help facilitate communications and decision-making.
  • Participate and provide representation in meetings and contractor reviews, providing technical and programmatic SE&I based recommendations and risk assessments.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute SE-related forums and meetings within the Customer office and Enterprise.
  • Interact with other organizations in the Enterprise to coordinate and support Enterprise integration, events and reviews.

Qualifications

  • An active TS SCI clearance with Poly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline with 14+ years related experience, -or- Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline 12+ years related experience.
  • Proficient at program/project management within the customer organization. 
  • Experience with NRO satellite systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, programmatic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong briefing and writing skills.
