RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join for an approximate 7-month project!

This role is remote, but candidates in the Seattle area are preferred for occasional onsite needs.

We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of high-profile creative projects, including brand activations and event experiences. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple large-scale projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

As a Creative Project Manager, You Will

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables for creative initiatives.
  • Facilitate creative reviews, drive decisions forward, and resolve roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across brand strategy, creative, production, marketing, and more.
  • Implement processes to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality creative output.
  • Adapt to high-impact events and activations, adjusting workflows as needed.

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in program, project, or account management within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience managing brand systems, guidelines, and event branding.
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Keynote, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to identify blockers, navigate ambiguity, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborative mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Compensation

Pay Range: $70.00 - $90.00 (Hourly) 

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
