We are hiring for a Rooms Division Manager to join our pre-opening team for our Kempinski Hotel Brazzaville who will be responsible for the operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, achieving highest guest satisfaction through continuously increasing service levels while optimizing efficiency, occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in development and preparation of hotels strategic plan.
• Preparation of budget and monitoring of revenues.
• Profit and loss responsibility. 
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize room occupancy, rates and profits.
• Optimize revenue by sales-promoting activities and collaboration with Revenue Management in order to achieve the best possible Revenue Penetration Market Share in the market.
• Control the duty roster for sub-departments guaranteeing quality as well as considering the highest personnel cost efficiency.
• Oversee all labour cost controls within budget limits and occupancy variances to maximize productivity.
• Communicate management strategy and targets to their department heads and line staff and ensure implementation.
• Ensure and communicate up-to-date procedures for all safety relevant measures with the Fire & Safety team.
• Conduct daily walk throughs to ensure quality standards and cleanliness in front and back of the house areas.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Fluent in French & English.
• Two (2) years experience in a similar position in a renown international 5 star hotel
• 8-10 years experiences in the luxury hotel industry
• Experience in Housekeeping and Front Office
• Technical use of Opera
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
