JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibility 主要职责:

  • Responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to achieve sales target and profitable results in sales territory.
  • Build up Sales effective Program in sales territory, key account profiles within the broader country sales plan, monitors sales performance.
  • leads in major negotiations and negotiate customer contracts with key clients in sales territory in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
  • Build and develop a long-term business relationship with Top KOL in sales territory.
  • Leverage the sales& marketing activities for the Key account assuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded, the sales & marketing pipeline is effectively managed, and sales activities are effectively coordinated with marketing initiatives.
  • Investigates & develop new business opportunities, establish & maintain contact with key hospital executives, decision makers and medical staff to ensure that the Company is fulfilling their expectations & to become aware of emerging growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills职位要求:

  • Above Bachelor Degree, major in Health/Biology/Pharmaceutical will be preferred.
  • At least 5 years sales, marketing experience and 3 years medical device(IVD) management experience with multinational company.(including sales/market in customer management background is preferred)
  • Key account management skill
  • Good in Mandarin and English
  • Good planning skills, communication skills and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skill
  • Creative problem solving
  • Proactive, energetic and customer-oriented
