Currently in its pre-opening phase, the hotel is set to open soon. Renowned attractions such as West Lake and Xixi Wetland Park are also within a convenient 30-minute drive, ensuring effortless exploration of the city's highlights. As a key component of a large-scale mixed-use development, the hotel is surrounded by a vibrant mix of retail, office, and residential spaces, offering guests a diverse and enriching urban experience.

We are looking for Assistant Procurement Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Formulate procurement policies, strategies, and procedural documents, ensure their implementation upon approval by the management authority.
  • Approve all purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on hotel needs and market supply, ensuring reasonable pricing, reliable product quality, good reputation, and excellent after-sales service, and establish supply relationships accordingly.
  • Be responsible for major business negotiations with suppliers for bulk purchases, and oversee the execution and fulfillment of all contracts and other business agreements.
  • Organize market research and provide timely market information to the hotel. Guide subordinates to complete various procurement tasks according to plan, striving to reduce costs and save expenses within the budget.

We are looking for someone who:

  • 2+ years experience at similar capacity at an international chain hotel. 
  • Knowledge of products and distribution channels;
  • Able to negotiate with purveyors and vendors;
  • Quality oriented and has sense of urgency;
  • Work well with other departments.
  • Good planning and organization skills;
  • Able to lead the team to handle multi tasks and meets deadlines;
  • Strong sense of responsibilities;
  • English proficiency required;
  • Pre-opening experience and college degree preferred.
