We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career team at Mercer Philippines. This role will be based in Manila. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst will support the growth of both existing and new business in Career by managing and delivering Total Remuneration Surveys, collaborating closely with clients, operations, and regional teams. This role involves working with a diverse array of clients to assist them in developing and implementing employee reward programs, offering expert advice on pay philosophy, reward strategy, incentive design, market trends, regulations, and best practices. By leveraging global research and thorough analysis, compensation consultants provide clients with the guidance, knowledge, tools, and support necessary to ensure their reward programs align with their strategic objectives.
