Job Description

Our team consists of 18 members who specialise in managing a variety of complex processes. A significant portion of our daily activities involves handling international payment requests.

We focus on creating and approving these payments while ensuring that all transactions meet established cut-off times.

Our team serves as a key hub for customers, working collaboratively to provide efficient and accurate services.

Together, we work towards achieving meaningful outcomes and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a supportive environment for learning and growth.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:

  • Create international payments according to cut-off deadlines
  • Resolve unusual situations related to payments
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in Lithuania and the Nordic countries
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

About you:

  • Experience in an operational or administrative role in a large company
  • Payments processing experience or SWIFT knowledge would be advantageous
  • Ability to handle stress when working with high value payments and strict deadlines
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
