Team Introduction

The candidate will be part of the Facilities Management team within Real Estate and Facilities (REF), APAC and will report to the Regional REF Manager. This role requires a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, exhibits exceptional attention to detail, and provides strong leadership in management of real estate planning operations and projects in the APAC region.

• Track the real estate portfolio and provide strategic solutions based on location, workplace and seating requirements.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless communication, alignment on real estate matters, effective negotiation and issue resolution.
• Propose and drive actionable plans after assessing the feasibility, cost effectiveness and other dimensions of business space requirements such as seating, meeting rooms, functional and other areas.
• Identify potential blockers in daily workflows, systems and other scenarios, providing suggestions and solutions together with XFNs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or above, 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• Willing to accept travel duties.
• Professional expertise and experience in real estate, with some degree of understanding/practice of space management, real estate project management and facility operations management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good communication, presentation and organization skills.
• Agile and flexible with a good team and collaborative approach.
• Able to integrate and coordinate information resources and strategic planning holistically while exercising sound judgments.
• Knowledge or experience using the current mainstream space management system is preferred.
