How Do You Fit In?

We are seeking a Media Coordinator to support our Paid Media team across paid social and paid search channels. Reporting to the Sr. Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing media campaigns, assisting in creative briefings, and working cross-functionally with teams such as Acquisition, Localization, and Brand to align on strategy and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical team player with a passion for digital media, performance marketing, and brand storytelling.

What You Will Do:

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social and paid search campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Assist in the development and management of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Conduct research on audience insights, keyword trends, and competitor strategies to refine media strategies.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and performance objectives.
• Manage creative briefings and asset requests for paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strategic goals.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Acquisition, Localization, and Brand teams to align media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, etc.), providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in A/B testing initiatives, evaluating ad creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging media opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Help track and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend for maximum impact.

What You Can Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other paid social platforms.
• Experience in media planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with creative development processes, including briefing and asset coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and align on strategic initiatives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for media strategy and innovation.
