Baptist Health is hiring a Risk Manager II to join the Risk Management team. This is a full-time opportunity located at Baptist Medical Center on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily Risk Management activities of assigned areas to include incident management, claims management to decrease financial loss and enhance patient safety and quality of care.
• Collaborates with employees to identify and implement risk reduction strategies to enhance patient safety and quality care.
• Is responsible for compliance with state and federal reporting requirements and to ensure that their Risk Management Program is in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Registered Nurse License required.
