Job Description

Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant

Provide support to the HHS Home Office’s risk management team including administrative tasks, data entry, and reporting. Facilitate the collection of risk-related data and information from multiple sources and organize it into custom reports for management as needed. Multitask and manipulate multiple records and systems with accuracy and in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Collect data from multiple sources
  • Track and follow-up on requests to/from multiple parties to make sure information is received and provided in a timely manner
  • Organize and transform information into comprehensible Excel reports for management
  • Track data to identify trends
  • Process administrative reports, including expense reports and internal reports
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Flexible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Good team player, with both coworkers in the office and those in operations
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Fundamental computer skills including Microsoft Office and similar programs
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers using proper telephone etiquette
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing

Preferred Skills

  • Intermediate skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; willingness to train to a higher level
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Suite
