About the Business Area/Department:
Reporting to the Head of Latam AirOps, the Account Manager Principal - Latam responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.
Account Managers answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, the AM will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including SDBM, Customer Service/Support, Airport Delivery Managers, and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. The successful Account Manager should collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services over the long term.
The Sales, AirOps Latam area is responsible for promoting solutions and selling those to our Airports and Airlines customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. This area is also responsible for looking after and/or managing existing customers that have purchased the solution providing dedicated knowledge, support and guidance.
