As Business Development Manager, you are expected to:
New Business Development – Map, prioritize, pursue, and secure business opportunities with new customer prospects with focus on strategic industries and categories, portfolio deployment, and innovations aligned with market strategy and Tetra Pak portfolio.
Value Selling – Secure sales targets for packaging and processing solutions from and end-to-end value perspective through relevant, suitable, and sustainable solutions.
Cross Functional Management – Manage collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders in developing and delivering proposals and solutions and alignment on objectives and direction. Capable of doing operational management.
Customer Management – Manage customer journey from business development execution, customer start-up or locomotive phase, up until handover to account management teams. Build relationship, partnership, and alignment during this period.
Portfolio Deployment and Roadmap Execution – Ensure that the relevant and suitable Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed and delivers a strong value proposition.
Industry Networks and Linkages – Expand and develop connections in the food and beverage industry from a business development perspective.
Market Intelligence – Gathering of insights, learnings, developing trends, challenges, opportunities, and customer and consumer experiences and share with commercial and marketing teams for development of relevant and sustainable strategies and solutions.
Sales Forecasting – fundamental understanding and knowledge of industry, category, or customer sales projection and order planning and relate to internal planning and forecasting
Innovation – hunt, understand, and develop blue ocean or white spaces in various food and beverage categories.
The successful candidates will be based in Manila, Philippines and will be reporting the Business Development Director
